Founded in Beijing, providing integrated digital solutions for the power and telecom industries.

1997-2006

Built expertise in power and telecom, built expertise in power and telecom; attracted investments from Goldman Sachs, Intel, and Amdocs.

2007-2011

Expanded power business; participated in major State Grid projects, laying the foundation for energy digitalization.

2012

Relocated to Wuxi; launched the YSTEN AI Research Center to explore AI applications.

Partnered with Alipay for utility payments; entered the new energy sector.

Expanded overseas, serving countries along the Belt and Road.

Listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange ChiNext Board.
