The Compliance Supervision Department of Longshine Technology accepts reports concerning the following employee violations:

1. Soliciting or accepting bribes;
2. Seeking private or improper gains by taking advantage of one’s position;
3. Illegally accepting gifts, cash gifts or banquet invitations;
4. Stealing corporate assets or embezzling corporate funds;
5. Transferring improper interests with the Company’s suppliers or partners;
6. Engaging in fraud or irregularities in the Company’s bidding and tendering activities;
7. Stealing or disclosing the Company’s confidential information, etc.;
8. Taking advantage of one’s position to assign the Company’s profitable businesses to relatives or friends for operation; purchasing goods or services from entities run or managed by relatives or friends at prices significantly higher than market rates; selling goods or services to such entities at prices significantly lower than market rates; or purchasing substandard goods or services from such entities;
9. Taking advantage of one’s position to operate businesses identical to those of the Company for oneself or on behalf of others to seek illegal gains;
10. Other acts violating laws, regulations and the Company’s internal management rules.

We encourage real-name reporting. If the information provided in a real-name report is verified to be true after investigation, the informant will be granted corresponding rewards based on the impact of the case. We undertake to fully protect informants and keep all reported information strictly confidential.

You are advised to submit detailed supporting materials when filing a report, and you shall warrant the authenticity of all reported content and documents you provide.
